Who is responsible
Mytably is a product of Wideview Entertainment, the sole proprietorship of Georgios Tsokas, based in Parapotamos, Igoumenitsa, Greece. VAT: EL138390786. Greek business register (GEMI): 145334028000. Contact: info@wideview.co, +30 210 220 5089.
Wideview Entertainment is the controller for demonstration requests, commercial communications, business accounts and support. For booking information, the business you book with is the controller. Mytably provides the technical processing service on that business’s behalf, according to its instructions and agreement.
Information we use and why
- Enquiries and support: name, business details, email, telephone and your message, to respond, prepare a business relationship or provide the service. The basis is pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, as appropriate.
- Staff accounts: name, email, role, business and authentication information for authorised access. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. The business manages staff access.
- Bookings: name, telephone, email where requested, date, time, party size and any notes. These support reviewing and managing the request and related operational notifications. Do not enter sensitive information in free-text fields.
- Security and diagnostics: IP address, request time and technical details, access events and errors, for abuse prevention, troubleshooting and reliable operation, based on our legitimate interest in securing the service.
- Billing: the business and invoice information required to meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Sending an enquiry or booking request does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Authorised business staff approve booking requests.
Who may receive information
Access is available to authorised users of the relevant business, Wideview Entertainment for operation and support, and necessary hosting, security and email delivery providers. Application and database infrastructure is hosted on European servers. Transactional email uses Mailgun’s European endpoint. Network or email providers may process technical data outside the EEA. Details of providers and applicable safeguards are available from info@wideview.co.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and document any business relationship or dispute. Account data is linked to the duration of the relationship and authorised access needs. The business determines booking retention according to its purposes and obligations. Cancelling a booking does not automatically delete its record.
Invoices are retained for the legally required period. Backups have a separate retention cycle, restricted access and a service recovery purpose. Contact us for information about particular records and retention periods.
Cookies and browser storage
This marketing website adds no advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Your appearance preference is saved locally in your browser. The application uses local storage for login sessions and operational preferences. Hosting and security infrastructure may use necessary technical cookies. Disabling local storage may affect login.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. Proportionate identity verification may be needed.
For booking data, first contact the business you booked with. For Mytably service data or help identifying the business, write to info@wideview.co. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local competent supervisory authority.
